Initiation Program

Welcome to Kriya Yoga International in Prescott!

The initiation program in Prescott will be conducted on July 18, 2026 and July 19, 2026 over the weekend. This program is limited to those getting initiated at this event as well as to those already initiated into Kriya Yoga in the lineage of Paramahamsa Hariharananda and Paramahamsa Prajnanananda. Please register online to get initiated into Kriya Yoga at this event.

09:00 am – 12:00 pm Kriya Yoga Initiation
12.00 pm – 02:00 pm Lunch, Seva, Rest
02:00 pm – 04:00 pm Technique Class
04.15 pm – 05:30 pm Guided Meditation

Sunday, July 19
08:30 am – 10:30 am Technique Review
10:45 am – 12:00 pm Guided Meditation
12.00 pm – 01:00 pm Lunch, Seva
01.30 pm – 02.30 pm Q&A Session
03.00 pm – 04.00 pm Guided Meditation

The minimum age to get initiated is 13 years.

Those getting initiated at this event must be present on both days, Saturday and Sunday, to get full understanding of the Kriya Yoga technique.

Offerings of three articles are required for the initiation:

• Five fruits - Symbolizing fruits gained from activities performed by five organs of actions. Can be of same or different types.
• Five flowers -  Symbolizing five sense organs of perceptions. Can be of same or different types.
• $200 -  Symbolizing physical body as well as time. (Cash or check payable to "Kriya Yoga Institute")
