We are delighted to invite you to a unique spiritual retreat in the sacred land of Amarkantak, India, from March 15–22, 2027 led by Swami Atmavidyananda Giri. 

Revered as the birthplace of the sacred Narmada River, Amarkantak has long been a sanctuary for sages, yogis, and sincere seekers. Surrounded by forests, ancient temples, and holy sites sanctified by centuries of tapas, it offers a conducive environment for deep meditation, self-analysis, and spiritual transformation.

Retreat Theme: "Where Breath Becomes Light: A Svarodaya Immersion"
Awakening the intuitive science of prana to illuminate action, awareness, and inner guidance.
The ancient Shaiva science of Svarodaya reveals the profound relationship between the breath, the flow of prana, and the unfolding of consciousness. Through guided meditation, scriptural study, and mindful observation, participants will learn to recognize the subtle rhythms of the breath as a source of inner guidance to bring more balance into daily life.

6:00–7:30 AM – Meditation
8:00–9:00 AM – Breakfast
10:00–11:00 AM – Retreat Class
11:30 AM–12:45 PM – Meditation
1:00–2:00 PM – Lunch
2:00–5:00 PM – Study, contemplation, seva, or pilgrimage excursions
5:30–7:00 PM – Meditation
7:30–8:30 PM – Dinner
9:00–9:30 PM – Questions & Answers, prayer, and chanting
9:30 PM – Retire
