Svadhyaya
Weekend
on
Foundations of Vedic Philosophy (part - 1)

(A weekend dedicated to discourses, deeper study, discussion, and reflection)

In the ancient Vedic tradition, the Rishis (seers) emphasized Svadhyaya—a process of learning through discourses, study, discussion, and contemplation—to purify and refine the intellect. Only a pure and receptive intellect can truly absorb the essence of the teachings of the Gurus (Masters) and open the doorway to realization.
By simplifying daily activities such as meal preparation, this weekend retreat creates space for rest, reading, reflection, and inner assimilation.
