2.45 pm – 3.45 pm – Guided Meditation & Close 

There is also an Introductory public talk before the initiation event on Jan 15th at 7:00pm-8:00pm PST. The public talk is a great opportunity for spiritual seekers to find out more about the ancient and scientific path Kriya Yoga for spiritual development, and about our exalted unbroken lineage of Gurus who guide us on this path. The talk is free and open to all. A Yogacharya or a Swamiji will give the talk and also conduct a general guided meditation session during this talk and answer any questions you may have. This talk will be of particular interest to spiritual seekers in the Seattle Metropolitan area who are planning to get initiated.
