First Kriya Initiation Program - October 2026

Welcome to Kriya Yoga in Toronto!
The initiation program in Toronto is conducted on October 24, 2026 and October 25, 2026 over the weekend. This program is limited to those getting initiated at this event as well as to those already initiated into Kriya Yoga in the lineage of Paramahamsa Hariharananda and Paramahamsa Prajnanananda.

TENTATIVE SCHEDULE

ONLINE FREE PUBLIC TALK - Friday, October 23, 2026, 07:00 PM

• Topic: Kriya Yoga - An Ancient Science of Breath and Meditation
• Link will be provided in the confirmation email.

INITIATION SESSION - OCT 24 & OCT 25 

• Registration is required.
• The minimum age to get initiated is 13 years.
• The Saturday & Sunday sessions are limited to those getting initiated into Kriya Yoga and to those already initiated in the lineage of Paramahamsa Hariharanandaji and Paramahamsa Prajnananandaji.
• New initiates must be present on both days, Saturday and Sunday, to get full understanding of the Kriya Yoga technique.

Saturday, October 24 

• 08:30 am – 09:00 am Registration
• 09:00 am – 12:00 pm Kriya Yoga Initiation
• 12.00 pm – 02:00 pm Lunch break
• 02:00 pm – 05:30 pm Technique Class followed by Guided Meditation

Sunday, October 25

• 09:00 am – 12:00 pm Kriya Yoga Initiation
• 12.00 pm – 01:30 pm Lunch break
• 01:30 pm – 04:30 pm Q&A followed by Guided Meditation

Offerings of three articles are required for the initiation:

•    Five fruits - Symbolizing fruits gained from activities performed by five organs of actions. Can be of same or different types.
•    Five flowers -  Symbolizing five sense organs of perceptions. Can be of same or different types.
•    Financial Offering -  Symbolizing physical body.
