The East Bay Center is in Castro Valley and serves all of the East Bay KYI kriyavans in Northern California.

- Upcoming Dates: Saturdays March 14, 28 and April 11, and May 9, 23,
- Time: 10:30AM PT - Optional kirtan session (devotional chanting and singing)
11:00AM PT - Group meditation - Please bring your own yoga mat and cushion if you need one.
The East Bay Center hosts group meditations every other week. As we better gauge the needs of our Kriyavans, we will adjust this cadence appropriately going forward.
