   08:30 am to 08:45 am - Check-in (please plan to arrive by 8:30 am)
   09:00 am to 12:15 pm - Initiation Ceremony
   12:30 pm to 02:00 pm - Lunch*
   02:00 pm to 05:30 pm - Teaching of Techniques, Guided Meditation

Sunday, March 12, 2023
   08:30 am to 12:00 pm - Technique Review, Guided Meditation
   12:00 pm to 01:30 pm - Lunch*
   01:30 pm to 04:30 pm - Q & A, Guided Meditation

*Simple vegetarian lunch will be provided by Atlanta kriyavans.
