Saturday

08:30 AM to 09:00 AM - Registration

09:00 AM to 12:30 PM - Kriya Yoga Initiation

12:30 PM to 02:30 PM - Lunch, Seva, Rest

02:30 PM to 05:30 PM - Technique Teachings & Guided Meditation

Sunday

09:00 AM to 10:00 AM - Guided Meditation

10:00 AM to 11:00 AM - Technique Review

11:00 AM to 12:15 PM - Guided Meditation

12:30 PM - Lunch

Participation in all the above sessions is required for the new initiates.

Participants are requested to observe social distancing and wear masks on the ashram premises.

These sessions are provisionally based upon the status of the pandemic and any guidelines from the government authorities.
