• Address: 5318 Hilltop Rd in Castro Valley, CA (off of Five Canyons Parkway)

• Parking: Street parking is available on the same side of the street the Center is on (the northern side).  Please do not park on the curb opposite (southern side of the street), as that is a fire lane, just not yet painted.  
  If you cannot find street parking, you can park in the parking lot at Five Canyons Park a little ways down the Five Canyons Parkway road.  It is ~10 minute walk to the Center from the park's parking lot.  Please be careful crossing the street when walking up to the Center.
  
  
• Please bring your own yoga mat and cushion if you need one.
  
  

The East Bay Center hosts group meditations every other week.  As we better gauge the needs of our Kriyavans, we will adjust this cadence appropriately going forward.
