Guru Purnima Celebrations

Guru Purnima, also known as Vyasa Purnima, is a festival that honours teachers, spiritual guides, and mentors. It is observed on the full moon day (Purnima) in the month of Ashadha (June-July) according to the Hindu calendar. The word "guru" means "one who dispels darkness" in Sanskrit, referring to a guide who illuminates the path to knowledge and enlightenment.
9:30am - Guru Paduka Puja
11:00am - Break
11:15am - 1 hour First Kriya guided meditation
12:30pm - Pot luck lunch
Please bring a dish to share that does not have any onions, garlic, eggs or mushrooms.
