Initiation Sessions

Saturday (July 15)
9 – 12 pm – Kriya Yoga Initiation Ceremony
12:30 pm to 1:30 pm – Lunch (vegetarian lunch provided)
2:00 pm – 5 pm – Technique teaching and Guided meditation

Sunday (July 16)
9 – 12 pm – Technique review and Guided Meditation
12:30 pm – Lunch (vegetarian lunch provided)
2:00 pm – 5:00 pm – Q&A session and Guided Meditation
