The meditation sessions will be held on the porch outside the meditation hall (south and west side porch). In each class, a maximum of eight people can be accommodated. If you would like to attend, please sign up using this online form for the sessions in the month of May 2021. Please note that we will confirm your request between Thursday and Friday of each week for that weekend's meditation sessions. We will not be having our usual meditation sessions on May 22, 23, and 29.
We prefer that you bring your own yoga mat and cushion. We do have chairs available for those who need them.
Please wear a mask all the time while you are on the premises (even during the meditation session). Social distancing is a must.
We request you not to go inside any of the buildings on the premises.
