Monthly Seva Day

Seva is a beautiful opportunity to express devotion through selfless action. By caring for the ashram and serving together in a spirit of harmony, we help maintain a peaceful and uplifting environment for all who visit. There is always a variety of tasks to be completed and everyone is welcome to contribute in whatever way they can.


11:00am - 1 hour First Kriya guided meditation
12:15pm - Lunch 
1:00pm - 4:00pm - Seva
