9:00 - 10:30 am  Second Kriya Meditation 
10:45 - 11:45 am  First Kriya Meditation 
11:45-12:15 pm Technique Review
12:15 pm  Vegetarian Potluck Lunch (no egg/onion/garlic)
2-3 pm  Class + Q&A
3 - 4 pm  First Kriya Meditation

Location:TLHOL 1Pillow Road, Park at school across Jones Rd.
Donation: $45 – pay at program
Classes Open to the Public: Donation $18 (for classes only)
