3.00 pm to 5.00 pm 8= Technique Class

5.15 pm to 6 .00 pm= Guided Meditation

September 30:

7.00 am to 9.00 am = Technique Review and Guided Meditation 

6.00 pm to 8.00 pm = Guided Meditation and Satsang
