Nov 23, Sat - 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM – Lunch provided for new kriyabans
Nov 23, Sat - 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM - Kriya meditation technique (for old and new kriyabans)
Nov 24, Sun - 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM - Guided Kriya meditation (for old and new kriyabans)
Please spread the message about the program to your family and friends who are interested in taking Kriya initiation. Each person interested in taking Kriya initiation should bring 5 fruits, 5 flowers and a registration fee of Rs 1,000/- to the program on Nov 23 morning at 8 AM. They should also fast in the morning if health permits (liquid diet such as milk, juice is OK). It is recommended to wear loose clothing suitable for meditation.
